Shipping

We contract ATS Healthcare on your behalf to ship your wine. We chose ATS Healthcare because they are great to work with and use temperature controlled trucks. This allows your wine to be shipped regardless of weather or temperature. They also offer excellent rates.

Build a Case

You can combine your purchases into a full twelve bottle case to minimize shipping costs by sending us an email requesting this option.

Adult Signature Required

All deliveries require a signature and proof of age verification (legal age to purchase alcohol) upon arrival. It is highly recommended that you ship to a business office where someone can sign when the ATS attempts delivery. If no one is available to sign for the delivery additional shipping charges will apply.

Shipping Delays

Please note when ordering wine if there is any specified delay on the Offer. When a wine is delayed in arriving to us, we will share this in the offer so you can prepare for a delayed shipment.

Return Information

All wines sold are imported, maintained and shipped in temperature controlled conditions. We cannot be held responsible for improper storage after it has been delivered. We cannot accept returns for wines that do not conform to your personal tastes, wines that have been adversely affected by customer storage and wines that have been otherwise damaged as a result of any other adverse condition occurring while the wines are in your care.

Should your shipment arrive damaged email us the details and a photo of the package and broken bottle(s) to wine@cellardirect.ca within 10 days of receiving your shipment and we will either send you replacement wine or refund the purchase price of that wine. If you receive a corked bottle of wine please email us and we will rectify the situation.

Before we credit your account or issue a refund on your credit card you must notify Cellar Direct by email within 30 days of receipt of shipment to receive instructions on the return or disposal of the wine. If wine is shipped back, we will refund your credit card for the cost of the wine including shipping and handling once it is received, and if the original shipment was damaged or flawed (i.e., corked) you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges.
